Hello - I’m Laura, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Hartbeeps Watford!

I spent 11 years as a Primary School teacher, with the final 5 years working in Reception within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). It was during this time that my passion for early childhood development truly began, and I saw first-hand just how powerful learning through play, music and imagination can be.

After welcoming my first daughter, Hallie, I attended my very first Hartbeeps session — and instantly fell in love. The magic, the joy, and the child-led approach spoke to everything I value as an educator and as a parent. From that moment, I knew I wanted to become a Hartbeeps Imaginator… and with a lot of hard work (and a little bit of luck!), that dream became a reality.

Since then, I’ve also welcomed my second daughter, Lily, who has grown up enjoying Hartbeeps too — experiencing the music, movement and magic just like so many of the little ones who attend my classes.

What I love most about Hartbeeps is working alongside parents and their children, nurturing confidence, curiosity and creativity through music, movement and imaginative play. I’ve seen the incredible impact this has on children — not just in preparing them for school, but in giving them the foundations for a happy, confident start to life.

I feel incredibly proud and grateful to now own my own slice of Hartbeeps and to work in a role I truly adore. I can’t wait to meet you and your little one and to journey together down the rabbit hole into new adventures each week — adventures that help prepare children for the biggest adventure of all… a joyful, confident life full of awe and wonder <3
 


 


 

When we started this class it was ran by someone else and has since been handed over to Laura. I can’t stress how amazing with the babies and the children Laura is. She goes out of her way to give each and every little one an individual experience. Thanks to Laura Sophie is ahead of her milestones and we get to wear something different each week with a new theme to explore. Not sure who loves the class more. Not only that - BUTTTT she’s also happy to play with your child if you’re heavily pregnant! Change is good and this class has had a real shake up, her energy and enthusiasm supersedes any other classes I’ve been to. Suzy and Baby Sophie
We’ve been doing Hartbeeps with Laura for the past few weeks and she is just amazing! My nine month old daughter absolutely loves her classes…and so do I! We both look forward to going. Laura makes sure every baby is having a great time, her classes are so engaging and so much fun! We now even sing ‘Hello little sunshine’ at home! I can’t wait to start the next sessions with Laura. We started attending hartbeeps in January after struggling to find a group that was fun for my 2 year old but would also help with her development and Hartbeeps ticks every single box I was looking for. Laura took over the group after the second term of Matilda attending and I was worried about how she would adjust with the change but I had nothing to worry about as Laura is absolutely fabulous! She makes sure every child is involved and having a fun individual experience and nothing is ever too much for her! Matilda’s speech, patience, confidence and overall development has come on massively since joining and I can’t thank Laura and hartbeeps enough for that! Sam and Toddler Matilda
We absolutely love Laura! She is vibrant, energetic and makes the class so fun! We have tried lots of different sensory classes but this is Amber’s favourite by a landslide. We love it so much we have booked Laura for Amber’s birthday. Nicole and Baby Amber

I remember when I came to my first Hartbeeps session with Kasha and I made my husband come with me because I was so anxious about how the class would be. The start of my maternity leave was tough, but coming to your classes really boosted my confidence with Kaashi. Thank you Laura and Jenny for our weekly Hartbeeps sessions.
