Laura H Baker

Laura first discovered Hartbeeps when she took her little boy to a class in South London in 2015. She instantly fell in love with the magic of Hartbeeps and soon became an Imaginator for Hartbeeps before investing in her own business a year later in Surrey in 2016. Laura's background is in drama, musical theatre, and event planning and production. She is also a trained Doula, breastfeeding peer supporter, and is qualified in baby massage, developmental baby massage, and baby yoga.

Laura dreamt of running Hartbeeps in a magical, immersive space, giving families the opportunity to lose themselves in a world of play and imagination. When the chance arose to create a permanent home for Hartbeeps, she couldn't wait! Thus, The Magical Enchanted Forest  was created in 2018, and later, in 2025, The Secret Garden was established for our smallest babies, running Baby Bells sensory classes, Cosmic Stay and Play and Baby Massage. Laura finds it incredibly rewarding to see the little ones and their grown up enjoying themselves at classes and looks forward to meeting you soon.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

Charlotte Smart

Charlotte feels honoured to have been part of the Hartbeeps family since 2020.

Hartbeeps has always been close to Charlotte's heart, as it was the first class she took her daughter to when she was only 8 weeks old. Charlotte and her little one both fell in love with the whole experience after their first adventure.

Charlotte was blown away by the beautiful music, gentle tones and imaginative themes and play. Charlotte remembers thinking at the time of her first class, what an amazing job this would be and now she gets to run her own classes and feels very lucky!

Charlotte previously worked as an activities assistant at a senior citizens home. That's where Charlotte found a real passion for creating fun, adventures and giving joy to others.

Charlotte can't wait to see you in class and help you make beautiful memories like she did with her little one at Hartbeeps.

Debs Watson

Debs has been a Hartbeeps Imaginator since 2022.

Debs first discovered Hartbeeps when a colleague invited her to attend a class together with their little ones. As an SEN teacher, Debs loved the sensory exploration element of classes, opening up a whole world to little ones, even from such a young age. As well as the slightly crazy element, with grown ups getting to join in the fun too! Debs then encouraged her NCT gang to join a regular class together, and never looked back!

Over the last 5 years of attending classes with her four children, Debs gained so many gems of wisdom, using the techniques, fun and songs, to entertain little ones at home as well.

Debs is so excited to now be part of the team helping other parents, knowing what a difference it can make to a day. Debs loves to see the bond and relationships formed and strengthened between the grown ups and their little ones! Plus its a lot of FUN, there’s not many jobs you where you get to dress up and dance around the room!

Debs is currently spending some well deserved time at home, after giving birth to her 4th child earlier this year. We look forward to welcoming Debs back to Hartbeeps very soon.

Kimberley, Mummy to a beautiful baby girl Maisie, embarked on her Hartbeeps journey alongside her close-knit NCT group. Together, they enrolled in their first term and then another, and then another…to this day they continue to attend.

Over the last decade, Kimberley carved out a successful career in Digital Marketing which sent her to live in San Francisco before settling down in London a few years ago. However, since having Maisie, Kimberley realised she needed a role with more flexibility and fulfilment, one that would let her treasure every moment with Maisie.

It wasn’t until Kimberley’s Maternity Leave was coming to an end, that she told the other Mum’s she would love to do something like Hartbeeps. And like a twist of fate, the next week Hartbeeps announced they were looking for new Imaginators and Kimberley didn’t hesitate to apply.

Additionally, with her passion for well-being as a certified Yoga Teacher, Kimberley delights in nurturing her students' growth and development. She's eager to meet you and your little ones, ready to weave more enchanting memories just like the ones she shares with Maisie.

Roz discovered Hartbeeps when her eldest daughter was 3 months, they went on to attend Baby Bells, Beeps and Happy House ever since. From that first class she loved how Hartbeeps managed to be both energetic and crazy yet calming and nurturing, all within the one class. She loved seeing her shy daughter grow in confidence through attending the classes.

Roz became a Hartbeeps Imaginator back in 2021 and absolutely loved getting to know so many families and taking them on Hartbeeps adventures. Following the arrival of her second daughter the following year Roz has been away from Hartbeeps for a little while but she is so pleased to be back and excited to start making new memories with all our lovely families.

Roz has worked with children in lots of different settings including an American summer camp, projects in Brazil and within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

Rachel has had so much joy from Hartbeeps ever since she took her eldest to their first class almost five years ago.

She was an instant convert to the magic sprinkles and those musical, mindful sensory sessions remain just as spell-binding today as they were back then.
Both her sons have had the full Hartbeeps experience from Baby Bells when teeny tiny to toddling around at Happy House.

Those countless hours in the Enchanted Forest have played a significant part in the bond forged between Rachel and her children.

Now she is delighted to be helping others create similar connections with their little ones after joining the Hartbeeps family as an Imaginator.

Rachel is passionate about education having taught university students in London for 15 years, but becoming a parent has made her realise how key those early years for a child’s development really are - and how Hartbeeps can help begin that learning process in its enchanting way.

She is also overjoyed to have a role which allows her to sing once again, putting her music degree and background to good use.

Rachel plays the clarinet and saxophone and can’t wait to jam along with Dexter the Cat one day!

She can’t wait to introduce you and your little ones to the sunshine chute, uh-oh sticks, Gugley Crocodile and all the other delights that make Hartbeeps such a special experience.

Captivated by the magical storytelling and immersive experiences, Lucy continued on to Baby Beeps and then Happy House, before joyfully experiencing it all again with her second child. Seeing first-hand how engaging, uplifting and bonding each session could beinspired her to become part of the Hartbeeps world.

Before becoming a Hartbeeps Imaginator, Lucy spent ten years as a Primary School Teacher, specialising in EYFS and Key Stage One. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and understands the importance of imagination in helping children explore, discover and grow.

Lucy is dedicated to nurturing creativity, confidence, independence and curiosity in every child, values that are at the heart of each Hartbeeps session. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where both children and grown-ups can relax, connect and enjoy the magic together.

Katie Bates

Katie first jumped into the world of Hartbeeps back in 2020 when she had her little boy and instantly fell in love with the magic of the Enchanted Forest.

After being introduced to the world of Hartbeeps by her neighbours, Baby bells became a staple to her week. Jumping down that rabbit hole had a huge positive impact during the multiple lockdowns over the first year with her little boy. Now a mum of two, she's seen both her little ones grow in confidence in the classes, seen how both of them love the stories and the music, watching their imagination and creativity explode.

Katie's creative background is in set design, architecture and graphic design. Her career began working on sets at the Royal Opera House to the O2, creating spaces for high street brands and hand painting architectural portraits. She opened her own illustration company when her little boy turned one, illustrating wedding & events stationery, capturing places that mean a lot to her clients.

Telling stories has been the main focus thoroughout her career and when the opportunity arose to join the Hartbeeps team she had to pinch herself. Being able to help others create memories with their little ones like she has, is a real privilege and something she is very grateful for.

She can't wait to welcome you into her classes, to dance and sing and most importantly bring a bit of magic to your day.
