Hi, I'm Miranda, Owner and Imaginator here at Hartbeeps Lincoln.
I started my Hartbeeps journey almost 6 years ago when my son Noah was just 10wks old and we went along to our local Baby Bells classes. We were both captivated by the lights, music and magic from the very start.
Having trained, and worked as a Children's Speech and Language Therapist for 7 years, I could see the amazing impact of each song, sparkle and smile. Hartbeeps incorporates the key areas of child development and early communication all tied up in a unique bow.
We moved to Lincolnshire when Noah was just 18mths old, and in a bid to be able to give my family more time I made the leap and joined the Hartbeeps family.
I've thoroughly enjoyed bringing the magic of Hartbeeps to the families of Lincolnshire during the last 4 and a half years, and having welcomed our daughter Posy in 2017, I have also had the chance to experience life as a Hartbeeps parent again.
I can't wait to welcome you and your little ones to a class very soon, and hope that you come to love Hartbeeps as Noah, Posy and I do.
Magic Sprinkles, Miranda x
Hi! My name is Tasha!
I wouldn't say I'm your average 'mumsy' mum, I have red hair, piercings, tattoos and a male cat who had a confusing start to life and now lives with a girls name!
I have a 20 month old daughter called Alyssa who is a pure bundle of toddler chaos and enthusiasm!
I started my Hartbeeps journey in the same way as many of you have!
When I was pregnant we attended some Antenatal classes with a group of fantastic women all in the same boat, floating on a sea of confusion and excitement with what was about to come our way!
Once all of our babies made their way into the world, we discovered Hartbeeps!
We all joined the Baby Bells class, and what was instantly reassuring wasn't only that we were in room of more parents in the same situation, but also that the atmosphere instantly made you feel at ease.
Everyone was there for the same reason, to make precious memories with these new tiny humans that were our whole world and have fun while we were at it and it was that and everything more.
Alyssa and I attended Hartbeeps from when she was about 10 weeks old in Baby Bells through into Baby Beeps and now into a walking (well running, jumping ball of energy, sort of talking toddler) in Happy House!
The best part of Hartbeeps to me was watching her progression and seeing her grow through the different activities we do.
The moral of the story is, I loved Hartbeeps and what it stands for and it became a way of life, so much so that instead of going back to my full time, high stress management job when my maternity leave ended; I became a Hartbeeps Imaginator, and I have never looked back!!
Every session I teach takes me back to the classes I did with my little girl and the memories we have and all I want is to be able to create that environment for our grown-ups and allow them the chance to leave their adult norms behind, chuck on a wig, grab some pom poms and slip into their children's world, just for a little while!
Everyone needs magic sprinkles in their lives!!
I'm Rebecca and i discovered the magical world of Hartbeeps in 2014, attending Miranda's Woodhall Spa sessions. At the time my daughter Elissa was a little two year old, and i was also expecting my second baby. We had so much fun at Happy House, and when Reuben was born they both enjoyed Happy House together!
When Elissa started preschool, Reuben was just the right stage for Baby Beeps, and i treasured our one on one time together. I have so many memories of him moving from sitting to crawling and then trying to stand during classes. I love how excited the whole class is when a little one meets a milestone during the sessions!
It wasn't too long afterwards that in 2016, he was back in Happy House, along with our third little Hartbeeper Ferris! Elissa still got to join in at Baby Rock Cafe's and special sessions when she wasn't at school, and we've also had a few Hartbeeps Birthday parties over the years too. We tried lots of different baby and toddler groups, but we always ventured back to Hartbeeps!
During my seven years as a stay at home mummy, i became more and more passionate about early years and child development. I took on volunteer roles in the community, running a baby and toddler group, helping with breastfeeding peer support at the Children's centre, chairing a playgroup committee and also fundraising for our local school.
So when it was time for me to consider going back to work in late 2018, i spotted that Miranda was looking for a new recruit. She had been such an inspiration to my little ones who are now getting so big, and i couldn't imagine doing anything more fun or rewarding!
I am so very excited to join the team and help deliver those magic sprinkles to lots more little Hartbeepers!
