Workshops offer mummies a chance to relax with new baby in an informal setting. The multi-sensory environment offers you a chance to connect with your baby in a variety of ways and to learn new songs to sing with baby at home. The music and songs are so beautiful that they will float over you and we also offer activities and rituals that you can use in your every day routines; marking this important time with baby. Practical support and sign posting is also offered along with new friendships.

We are happy to run a special course for your baby group, as the organiser you will receive a 50% discount on your own course.
